Hello there! Are you planning on including your furry friend in your upcoming wedding? If so, you've come to the right place! Including a dog in your wedding can be a wonderful addition to your special day, but it requires some preparation and planning. Here are some tips to make sure your dog is included in your wedding in the best way possible!

1. Choose the Right Outfit

Make sure your dog is dressed appropriately for the occasion. There are a variety of doggy outfits to choose from, ranging from cute bow ties to full-on doggy tuxedos. Make sure the outfit is comfortable for your dog to wear and fits them properly.

2. Hire a Dog Handler

Hiring a dog handler will ensure that your dog is well-behaved and under control throughout the ceremony and reception. This person can also take your dog for a walk or a potty break if needed.

3. Practice Makes Perfect

Make sure your dog is comfortable with all the sights and sounds of the wedding by practicing beforehand. Take them to the venue and let them get used to the environment. Practice walking down the aisle with them, and make sure they know where to stand during the ceremony.

4. Keep Your Dog Safe

Make sure your dog is safe throughout the wedding by providing them with plenty of water and shade. If the wedding is outdoors, make sure your dog is protected from the sun and heat.

Now, for a funny story! I once included my dog in a friend's wedding as the ring bearer. Everything was going smoothly until my dog decided to take off down the aisle with the rings in his mouth! It was a hilarious moment that everyone still talks about to this day.

In conclusion, including your dog in your wedding can be a wonderful addition to your special day. Just make sure to plan ahead, practice, and keep your furry friend safe and comfortable throughout the ceremony and reception. Happy wedding planning!
